Griselinia fell

Sometimes despite all the care and desire some plants just aren’t meant to be. Only a small section was, by the looks of it, sun scorched and removing the dead might have worked had new growth returned but this was the second Griselinia to decline in this spot with the previous one dying completely which given the green fingered nature of my customers probably suggests that maybe this particular spot just isn’t compatible with this species.

So instead of trying to save it we cut it down to a stump which is now serving a second purpose as a pedestal for the potted Oleander
